For some reason the max speed i can get out of it is 16-20 knots. And that's after i disconnected the generators. Could someone tell me what im doing wrong?

engines overheat easily as well

i see theres a lot of confusion in the comments so i am posting what i figure out, if you want jets to work then put up "Jet RPM throttle" to max, then turn the "jet control key", and then hit "jet max power" button underneath the key, that should make you go around 100kmh but jet fuel only lasts a short while (also know that for some reason the boat goes into what i call "dolphin mode" lol it litterally jumps in the air and plunges back in the water but then it levels out after three jumps, so make sure your not on the deck outside when it happens, it should be able to get you (from the creative island) to the artic about one fourth of the way there so its not that good in terms of distance, after that you can turn off jets and hit "cruise throttle" all the way up and also turn on the buttons that say "electric engines" and "electric engines cruise" but that only gets you a speed of 8 knots and it drops down to 2 knots eventually idk why, also cant get hydrofoils to work yet

its a lot to take in, so many buttons and throttles and i have been trying to get it going past 5 knots for the past 30 minutes, its probably easy for you to control because you built it and you know what buttons do what but we dont, i know some are labeled but a lot of the throttles arent, so maybe if you gave a checklist of how to start up the ship and how to get jets and hydrofoils working, its a nice ship i gave it a like :)

Is there any other ways to turn the boat? The way to turn right now sucks because it just makes the boat sink to the left or right.

Not sure if I am the only one with this problem but it seems to max out at 13 knots for speed, how can I fix that? Btw it looks great!

samiscool hydrofoils work like plane wings and use water going other and under the blades to lift the boat out the wateer to reduce water resistance to go faster

how do hydrofoils work?

is this designed to fly? cuz it wont move at all with the jetters

Great boat but it seems getting the boat to ride up on the Hydrofoils and not fly has gotten alot more finicky with the update. Just an FYI

So. This ship mustn't fly. Today microprocessors are coming, so I want to make "Blade 2", which would be named "Athena". She would be able to fly and won't have hydrofoil. So wait me to make her. Athena uses the same hull as Blade, but with many functions and flight systems.

Nope. This thing was created from 1 block, I took design parts from 10+ workshop boats, but I haven't used any ship as a model.

actually i noticed that the back is a littlebit smaller so its different than the orion but almost the same design

Yeap, it's too easy to overheat the engines. But I thk if you will not touch generators clutch lever while starting, anything's gonna be ok

i would also like to add that it is possible to fly this boat. or at least it used to be. i cant get it to work now that something has thrown it off balance. could you make it so that the wings hold it just a few metres above the water so it flys

With the sink function, if you added a depth hold you could make the hydroplanes hold it underwater and it would be part sub! Just an idea

Guys, new UPDATE came! Today we've added SINK button and fixed turning on the hydrofoils (Now roll is less than 20° on top speed hydrofoil full turn). Enjoy the Blade!

does it have a scuttle feature

Ok I don’t know what changed but it doesn’t explode when I dock with the land anymore. I didn’t change anything by the way. Also this is my new favourite thing in the game. It’s faster than most of the flying things as well. Keep up the amazing work please!

Hi, please could you add a simple instruction guide in the description somewheere stating the process of actyally getting it going? I've got everything to the max, yet it isn't going anywhere.

yeah. i was trying to dock with one of the solid land docks. does it not play nice with solid objects? also i did a sharp turn with the hydrofoils extended and the jets on and one of the mag parts bugged and put a hole in the side of the boat and it ended up sinking. i could try to recreate these events of you would like
