There is still work to be done on this object but it is going the right way imho. Keep it up
норм???
Why not just Bax(e) ? it's a big axe :D
Thank you for all of your comments everyone.
What about 'Jotsam' axe skin?
i'd love to use that one with my scindo prime on my frost! :D
although the textures still need some work and maybe you should add some more polygons to make it look more defined and less blocky overall :)
im exited how this turns out in the end!
keep the work goin, id love to see more skins of that design - maybe an long-axe skin for polearms or sth like that :o
1: Shrink the head in terms of height so that it looks like it'll concentrate the impact on a smaller point, like a battleaxe is supposed to do; that's why the battleaxe, unlike most other bladed weapons, could defeat metal plate armor.
2: Make the haft thicker so that it looks like it'll actually be able to take the punishment it'll get in battle without breaking; can't have the haft break in the middle of battle after all.
Do those two things, and my vote'll change from "Ask me again later", to "Yes; Definitely".
I've started to learn to accept rough textures on the workshop, because it seems DE or the modder always improves them by the time they get in game.
Miirk: Thank you! The goal was to make it look Grineer-y so I'm glad it conveys their aesthetic well enough.
Mr.Brink, Artek, peculiarSeeker, Jag: Thank you for the feedback (and kind words!) I'm willing to take on board any suggestions for changes or polish if anything specific comes to mind.
Thank you all for the feedback so far- changes can definitely be made going forwards, so expect to see the design cleaned up or the textures improved. This is also slightly less terrifying now, so thanks for that! :D
