Thanks, unsubbed from Frackin' Races and the game works now.

frackin`races is now part of frackin universe and such lets the game crash with the error "Application: exception thrown, shutting down: (ItemException) Duplicate item name 'plutoniumradien' found

Not sure what it is, but when making a new race, theres one where its a blank empty slot, and selecting it or hovering over it, crashes the game

i think i may remember having a simular issue where i subscribed to something but it never installed, what i would do is reinstall the mods or find another to subscribe too.

when a mod is installing, you should see a bar for a least a split second at the bottom of the steam browser (wont see it if its via chrome, internet explorer, etc.)

Anyone wants to roll around either Stable or Unstable with this modlist them I'm game.

@ADULT_LINK It's an FU crop. I managed to craft them in the Gene Design Lab, on the "Plant Fibre" page. I think I unlocked it when I pucked up either Quantum Fluid or Strange Nodule. Also for some reason it's listed as a 2-handed tool and not a seed...that might be an error.

hey, i've been wondering, where'd you get the ancient essence crops? are they from FU or one of the other mods?

@ShadowTorres I used the mod Job Offers, and like a dumbo I forgot to add it to the mod list. Should be there now. You can buy them from the Frogg Mart

@GoldMedalistGamer Build-your-own-Ship (BYOS) works a bit different than vanilla ships. You actually need crew beds to expand your crew capacity. You craft those at the Ship Component Assembler, which can be found at any-tier Machining Table. You can craft ALL your BYOS stuff there.

I recently started playing starbound again using this pack. I'm creating the ship myself, like you are in the series, but I can't seem to get any crew members because "My ship is full." Did you have this problem?

say after looking thru the modpack you got here, i dont think you could be experiencing all of frackin universe, but after some thought i think you could like some "non-spider" related mods like Extended Story or Elithian Races (witch has a patch to allow its dungeons to spawn in frackin universe worlds) and to help you determine some things about planets (or to mess you up) i may recommend the mod: "More Planet Info" which shows you, well more info about the planets including ores, villages, dungeons, as well as all the biome types that could show on the unknown and strange sea planets. though you could sub to the other 2 if you want

@Lammani Hmm, not sure how that happened, maybe the old mod was outdated and removed and I never added the new one, but you do need the Felin mod, yes. I've added it to the pack. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Hello, after the most recent Starbound episode on YouTube, I thought about it and realized I haven't encountered any Felin spaceships, or seen anything relating to the Felin at all. Looking over the mod list, the only Felin thing I see is "Make the Felin a cuter race". Do the Felin come with any of the mods here and I simply haven't encountered them yet, or did I need to install the Felin race mod itself and it's just not on the mod list?

I don't know if it's too late, but I recommand you Frackin Bees, pretty fun add on for Frackin Universe, and pretty fun way to make energy.

@Hajile00 That's been toched up on in the comments of our recent vids. There was some salt involving old mod coders who wanted their code removed from the mod, she they DMCA'd it from Steam. It's been resolved, so the mod should be back up in maybe a week or so.

The actual "Frackin Universe" mod was removed from the workshop for some reason. That was the mod that added most of the races, items, etc. that used to be in this pack. I accidentally unsubscribed from that mod after they removed it by unsubscribing from all mods while trying to fix the crashing problem since I had to reinstall on my new hard drive. If you guys know a way to share mods somehow, please tell me because my friend that i played with still has Frackin and we can't play till both of us have it.

@JollyBluSpartan It's a droppable item, just toss it to your friends and it should complete the quest.

Techwork i acquire your help if able. Me and my friend are playing starbound and we were going through the cave. We were unable to both get the dodge, morphball and the increased jump. Only one of us could have it. Anyway to solve this problem? Iv tried spawning it using /spawnitem but nothing happens.

@greevdef Yes it does. Though it's debateable if we'll actually use all of them, we definitely use most.

I'm so happy to see another Starbound youtube series. can't wait to replay the game with these mods :)
