-Joel
-recolor the enemy so the enemy looks opposite color on the other team but they will still have their color on them for the team who painted them.
-sentries will see painted enemy as a target
-enemy sentries will shoot at the painted enemy (enemy sentry ally)
-when a enemy kills the painted enemy, you gain the kill not a assist. (enemy who killed enemy will not gain a assist aswell.
- Recolor enemies and turn them against the enemy team.
Just more ways to beat the devil outta hit
Maybe it's an anti-Demoman weapon. Why hasn't anyone statted that out, HUH?!
+Upon taking damage the engineer leaves a paint splatter on the ground.
+20% swing speed.
-33% damage penalty.
-33% damage penalty on buildings.
The more damage the engineer takes, the larger the splatter.
The close the enemy, the longer the paint splatter will last, the futher away the enemy, the less time the splatter will last.
When in the paint, the enemies are slowed and for a short period afterwards, like the Escape Plan and it's ailment, the paint marks enemies for death but only whilst they're in the paint.
