Inside the "def" folder, open the "economy_data.sii" using Notepad or any other text editing software and change any of these values:
revenue_per_km_base - base revenue per km (euros in ETS2 and USD in ATS) (default: 15 )
revenue_coef_per_km - freight market jobs revenue (default: 0.9 )
cargo_market_revenue_coef_per_km - cargo market jobs revenue (default: 1.0 )
As for this mod, these values are 28, 2.15, and 3.43 respectively.
You can either dial down the base revenue back to 15 or change the coefficients to what you think should be the appropriate values.
I have reduced player revenue by around 20-25%
I have reduced XP bonuses by around 20% too.
There have been some minor updates to other values too, like refuel and towing cost, delivery overtime, etc.
It might not work if you have any other xp or money mod installed.
I haven't tested with PROMODS as I don't own all the necessery mods.
Try to enable this mod only and see if it works.
Also, check if you have the latest version of the game.
I have it at the top of the MM.
