How do you fix these icons? I made my own, placed them in mod folder and pointed mod to them.

@Wolf thanks for the reply, I hear ya - have modded quite a few games and I do the same. Great contribution you made here. I might post an update once I get around to figuring out how. Right now am too lazy and am enjoying your mod with the updated icons.

Haven't launched the game in a while, so i don't think i'll update this anytime soon.
This was just to add a bit of customization to lights, there was no balance intended.
If you want to make a patch, by all means do so. Even put a link to it in the comments.

I have created the inventory icons for the lanterns. If you use them, you will need to change the size from 2x1 to 2x2, as this will take up the whole belt size: https://imgur.com/gallery/vexD6lw

Just to confirm, I did find that the icons were missing. When putting the icons in the mod folder, the inventory images appear properly. Not sure why you can't just reference the existing icons in the data folder though. I'm going to make multicolored icons you can use if you don't want to use my patch. I'd rather it that way because the patch I want to make would make this less OP. The hiver lanterns have charges (200)

I want to patch this mod with a fix for the lanterns to be visible in inventory. I also want to make a another patch that makes the lantern not as easily created (just feels too OP for me but I think you should keep it, so I want to patch it) - is that ok?

Great mod, but the lanterns are invisible in the inventory. Would be great to just use the existing lantern inventory images which are sold by hivers. You could also use a program like GIMP to just change the color of the lantern for each one.

Glad it still works, it shouldn't have issues with other mods.

Yea, I know how its done however, I'd rather just add more lanterns to it rather than change the ones that are already there. I do not want to mess up anyone using the lanterns that are in there now. I mean i could add more in, but someone needs to ask if they want me to add it, although it will take me a few days to get to it. [cause irl stuff]

You can just change it using the fcs just change the numbers of the range

You can't unless you mess with the file itself. I'd have to relaunch the editor later to find out what needs changing.

Well good, glad you figured it out. It took me a few days because its my second time at modding Kenshi. The lamps are easy, but the lanterns and spotlights took more time than I wanted to spend on them. The mod only had multi-colored lanterns to begin with, the spotlights and lamps were only put in after someone asked for them. With that said, this mod was intended for personal use, but decied to post it for those who might want to use it.

nevermind i find out how to do it myself you know idk what you did that took you a few days but
i found out you can just edit the light color in the fcs you just need too add a new color duplicate the for example the lamp and and to that lamp the color you made

Well your mod would get more noticed and subs and i would link your mod i wouldnt just copy it all and say i made it myself

Sorry, no. I'd rather not have something I've worked on reused by someone ealse. Took me a few days to figure out how it worked going on nothing but the main game files, also had to recreate each entry to make sure it it wont affect other mods. Thank you for asking though, but id rather not have someone copy the files I worked on.

its just a real fast christmas mod ik its late but i had some problems idk if your on the discord of kenshi but they made a event for best christmas mod , meme , drawing and so on

I've tried that, the other fixtures dont connect to the body right. Also tried to connect them to diffrent parts of the body[skeleton], it ends up about 2m away from the character wearing it. It might work better if I attach it to an item instead, like a backpack, but havent done that yet.
