@tttom64 good question. in Chicago these are either a six flat, 2 per story (one on each side left & right), or a duplex, 1 household in each half of the structure for 2 total

In your mind how many households fit in one building? I set it to one per half (2) for the realistic population mod, but maybe it's a household per storey (3), or a household per half storey (6)?

I remember spending the night in one of these. I was staying with a friend of a friend who was an aspiring artist who used his condo as an Art Gallery. A group of his friends came over and we smoked Kava. The guy who brought the Kava owned a Kava Tea Shop and kept going on and on about the F$$cking spirituality of Kava. I kept cutting him off to turn the conversation towards the pretty awesome art gallery we were sitting in. Needless to say Kava boi didn't like me, but since we were a bunch of white millennial blokes we couldn't be too direct about our disdain for each other. I learned that day I never want to be hip.

@emiel.viaene thanks for subscribing! there are multiple ways to use this building. you can use a search function to find it and plop it down, you can zone low residential to have your buildings level up to it naturally, and you can use the RICO mod to manually plop it down as a residential building without having to level it up
