As Linz mentioned below, I encountered the issue of a couple small items not burning at the spawn incinerator. Although, all I think I had to do was clean inside of the incinerator to knock around those items, and they burned up just fine. Great map overall!
Nice map, but it lack some lore or backstory, maybe add some notes or pda's with some events.
At the moment it seems an uprinsing gone wrong.
In my case, the subscrption becomes stable. I think something changed.
There is many strange points and the map is not in menu list inspite of saying installed and ready.
It download and install with no problem, it ask to restart the game and ingame it's set as ready, but it's not shown in the menu list.
Does it require some extra dlc? It should show here in the right if so.
can reduce density of the fog it might make build time faster
can use preview lighting if ya want as that wont take ages esp if ya have to fix stuff up in updates
ya can do production lighting last (some of my maps still use preview lighting=much faster)
also look at changes to rust thread in community content forum=after devs update the game there wont be anymore rust scripts or bat files to make=those will become obsolete=we all have to update our maps with new rust tool when devs release new game update:)

hope this help make it easier
this is a good level
"UDKGame/Content/Mods/Localization/INT/Entrance.int"
that should upload the int file in next map update (if Entrance.int is name of int file)
int file goes in the path above:)
your doing great=keep up the great work
cleanup and replace the blood splats that clip through walls or not show fully
fix gap under evil science door=welder scorches can go outside map(replace or delete the 2 real rcrates with static meshes outside that door=outside map
fix gap in big hanger door=welder scorches can go outside map
add medical kits to replace
add red vending machine from robot map and add 1 sentry turret to replace (big hanger area good for that/5th screenshot above in there somewhere)
add a welder i couldn't find one
great spot for new incinerator=thanks for putting it there:)
other than that this map is Awesome and its gonna look really cool esp after fixing the dodgy decals
exellent work=keep up the good work
only fine tuning from here on in with future map updates:)
very good map
still a few problems=
mymapinfo SaveSetup says none click blue arrow next to none and select vcsavegamesetup
mymapinfo Reports no boxes ticked=tick boxes to match the cause of death for the pids/usb sticks
Int file not exist check your rust script n make sure it points to path of int file
check the valid archetypes in both stacking areas and fix the required count number in both of em
to add a type of crate to stack volume list open a crates properties and copy debris template txt
put that in the valid archetypes list of stack volume
count total crates in map=that is the required count
do same for barrels
can tick partially fill so not have to stack em all:)
Cool I'll have a look in the morning:)
This is a good map that will only get better n better with updates:)
Maybe copy paste update txt into change notes too
It keeps a nice update history:)
The underground spawn, which is the most concerned, has not been verified. Since no trouble has occurred in my case, the effect of adding player start is unknown.
Please give me a report if it recurs.
I added lightmass as well, but it takes 2.5 hours to build as before.
Example throw the welder outside of lightmass volume=welder disappeared??
All the vanilla maps have a lightmass volume:)
Yep go to link cannonfodder posted it will help ya:)
Cool map too:)
Go to the "Exposing your level to the Game" section. That explains the ini and int files you need for your map.
Lightmass is a volume made from a bsp brush ingame, you don't need one, but it can help lower the speed of your "build lighting" in the editor, and most levels sould have one.
Very nice map you have here, a few tweaks and it'll be great. Glad to see another map on the workshop and glad to see your actually interested in fixing it's few small problems.
I am in processing now with guide.
This is my first UDK map.
ini? int? lightmass? I have seen somewhere, but I do not understand what it is.
On ya PC from working
Then it much easier to setup sounds esp if ya can hear em instead of that anoying pop bug that stops sound in the editor from working:)
Employee of the month is main goal in a workshop map:)
When others get eotm they will start rating up your map or even pressing the favourite button=
It's a good feeling when that happens:)
Nice work:)
Have a look at the changes to Rust thread in the community content forum
Don't change file name of udk file or your map mod folder
Those are fine
Check the level guide on how to setup all that stuff it's pretty easy to fix as it will stop others from complaining then you'll get compliments here instead of complaints:)
This map is cool=can't wait to see it all fixed up=then it be an awesome map to play:)
This pretty cool map:)
Add some ambient sounds to spook up the atmosphere
Perhaps copy the red speaker actors from evil science or something
Anything is better than silence while the radio is off:)
Perhaps even copy a reverb volume from overgrowth to put in large rooms=make awesome ambient sounds
Places like room with catwalk bridge and the open hangar areas will suit nicely
Just friendly advice as this map is totally worth fixing as it's a great map that needs some extra effort to fix the stuff I mentioned
After ya fix it the notes in the office will work and so will the scoreboard:)
Map has a few serious but easy to fix issues
Look at BlackEagle's level creation guide to setup pids medkit
Sentry turrets stacking areas
Map has no ini or int files=office punchout screen not working
Can't load a save=mymap info in world info is missing
No lightmass importance volume=will take forever to build lighting?
While ya add USB sticks perhaps tidy up some of the glitchy blood puddle decals that show through the walls into other rooms
Put blocking volumes under the beds/bottom shelves like the one with TNT in it(stuff gets stuck in bottom shelves)
Regarding the bad spawn, I searched the underground but I could not find any additional spawns.
However, I noticed that No.1 in the PlayerStart actor number was missing like No.0, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
I had no report about underground spawn when I played multiplayer with more than 10 people, but I think I will add No.1 PlayterStart actor in the next version.
Since this map was made for large numbers of people, it is certain that the map is too large. I will also consider additional incinerators and bucket despenser.
The small stack area is intended to enjoy like a puzzle. As for this game in general, since the number of stacks can be counted as a bonus, there should be no compulsory norm.
Please comment, if there are other suggestions.
My guess would be some problem with the player spawn, have you accidentally left an player spawn underground?.
From where I spawned I could see the incinerator next to the doorway from under the map, hopefully this will help you pin point that location.
