i dont think you understand that its the fact that its so huge, and from being it looks like a giant sqaure. with his head popping out. soldier has one just like it and it works just fine. no one is critizing you. just trying to help.

I do want to see something like this in the game, but if you're going to make such a massive cape, you will have to deal with making it move and flow like a cape.

I love the idea of the cape, but I think it looks a little to big and stiff to have in-game. From behind, he just looks like a giant square with no way to see his silhouette. It looks great for posters and everything, but maybe making it a little smaller and adding a little more jiggle bone will work better for in-game.

Hmm, the only two problem I see with this is the jiggles and the texture/bumpmap feeling a bit seamed. You may want to look into that.

I love the Idea but it looks odd because it doesn't move like fabric.
if the cape was smaller this may not be as noticable but at this size it looks so solid.
