I modifed the weapon stats to make a little more sense but still being more buffed than the average katana and still weaker than a nodachi. I made it have a -40% armor penetration due to the extreme curve of the sword but it now does 1.1 damag in-between the katana flat 1 and nodachis 1.2. Nerfed the human damage slightly to a 1.2 instead of a 1.3 and bleed to a 1.5 instead of 1.8. Gave it an indoor penalty of -2 due to length but still less of a penalty than the nodachi. Increased weight to 3kg due to length. This should put it in-between katana and nodachi and still give guardless katana a use.

Love the mod, but the insane bleed makes it too OP for my tastes.

My favorite sidearm. I like how you actually have the scabbard in the correct position. I didn't know "tachi-style" was a different way of wearing the katana, with the cutting edge down, was even a thing until I was looking it up earlier.
Very well done, as with all your weapons.

@Yellow Caribou I thought that vanilla Katanas was weakened too much, so I decided to make Tachi stronger to armor. I did not want to change the vanilla 's weapon so much, so it ended up becoming like this. I knew the performance of real Tachi, but I'm sorry.

Taking out the weakness to armor doesn't make much sense to me. If anything, it should have increased weakness to armor but more base damage or something. The whole reason the katana was developed from the tachi was because the tachi wasn't able to penetrate the leather and chainmail armor worn by the Mongols. That's just my two cents, it's a good mod nonetheless. The vanilla game is in desperate need of more weapons.

The description should be changed. It should be "A Katana with an increased curve. Although it has become difficult to handle, there is a fighting technique that involves aiming at the gaps between armour."
Also, the "melee attack" is decreased and the "melee defense" is increased. Is this intentional? The other katanas have this in reverse.
