I wish I could say that a mod turning an American black guy into a white German guy was the weirdest thing I've seen, but I also saw many mods that turned a white gambling con man and a white redneck mechanic and a overweight black football coach into anime girls. Nothing a sound pack or mute can't fix, but still weird.
