i would like a mod where more things are added to policy.
like i can make so maximum security people are put in 4 point restraints on lockdown or sleep reimages witch puts them in a bad mood. make different color prisoner outfits uncomfortable so i can watch them suffer.

is it possible to make the Ceo as a warden?, your mod is pretty good so i was wondering if you can do it

Building yourself a hostage is just a prison cell done easily... with staff sometimes

i don't know how to create a scenario. I can only build a hostage chair, and then I can click rescue but I don't know how to create a scenario.

How did you get the prisoners with guns to stand still next to the hostages? is it a mod? or did you just take the picture just as the prisoners were walking by?

In order to add random hostaging in the main game and escape mode, there should be a specific contraband in which using it on an NPC while they're unconsious (or knocking them unconsious with it) will hostage them, and hostaged NPC's won't be able to do anything once they wake up until they're rescued by either the player or by one of the staff.

Hello. I saw this and told myself I needed it. By the way I didn't see anything talking about the chair alone or rope. So I thought that you should add the chair as a object and prisoners can tie hostages to it or the could sit in the chair.

well, you could try to modifiy escape mode, trough advanced scripting
