Thanks for this mod, he's a very fun character.
Some criticism: I'd like to see Ouka (Q) and Renge (E) have range buffs, and it'd be nice to have a built in passive defensive option other than the stun, like damage reduction or evade chance per Ryoran buff, or while Sanka is active. He's a lot of fun and one of the best balanced custom mod characters to be honest, but he could use a little bit of love to make him more viable in later NG+ levels.
You will be looking for physical damage penetration items, primary attack damage modifiers, and even skill damage helps a lot with your Ouka burst damage, so it's decent as well, but not as important as your primary melee attack which does a boatload of damage.
Tsubanari
When using an ability, deal small AoE damage around the Samurai and stun all enemies hit by it. Damage and stun duration scale with ranks. Magical.
Sanka
When using Kogarashi (your right click dash), apply the Sanka buff to yourself. This buff allows you to cast your charged abilities at full charge damage without charging them. Using those abilities consumes this buff. Rank increases the duration of the Sanka buff, as well as how much extra damage each Ryoran buff applies (4%/6%/8%/10% per Ryoran stack, per rank in Sanka )
Kekka-Ryoran
When hitting enemies with your melee attack Hitohachi (left click), apply the Ryoran buff to yourself, stacks up to 5 times (10 with the second rank). This buff is consumed by your charge abilities to make them deal % extra damage, depending on your rank in Sanka (4%/6%/8%/10% per Ryoran stack, per Sanka rank).
Small AoE melee attack in front of you, very high base damage. Only goes up in damage with ranks. Physical.
Kogarashi
Dash backwards from your cursor's position and deal a small amount of damage. Applies the Sanka buff on you (one of your passives). Only damage scales with rank. Physical.
Ouka
Charge up and unleash a short range arrow in front of the Samurai. Damage scales with charge level, stacks of Ryoran (your second passive), and if you have Sanka active: is cast at full charge damage no matter how long you've charged it (can be instant cast full damage). Only goes up in damage with ranks. Physical, and pierces 50% of enemy's armor.
Renge
Charge up and unleash a small AoE damage slash around the Samurai. Damage scales with charge level, stacks of Ryoran , and if you have Sanka active: is cast at full charge damage no matter how long you've charged it. Only goes up in damage with ranks. Physical.
Also, unrelated, this character is incredibly weak in NG+. A melee caster with no lifesteal who has to charge his abilities to do damage... That's not a recipe for success. He should have some sort of healing or damage mitigation, because you can't just stand in the middle of a pack of NG+ mobs and charge your abilities in their face.
Overall, the samurai's kit isn't very well-described or well-thought-out.

遠距離相手には「後ろ向いて凩⇒蓮華」という突っ込んで斬る戦法か壁の角で出待ちする戦法で何とかしてます。
