Its possible that you can simply ignore those and make the other recipes that seem to ONLY need two ingredients if you don't want to break immersion for yourself. Otherwise, its a great mod, just wish that would've been properly implemented. Perhaps creating "conduit" ingredients that leads to the finalized recipe, like what was done with Multi-grain
I will take a look into the mechanics of such a feature within the bounds of the fcs. Appreciate the suggestion.

Say, is this mod balanced properly for the game economy? I.E.: If hops are hard to grow in arid climates, do hop-derived products have a higher sale price in these arid areas?
From the Changenotes :
- Adjusted Lager and Ale Distillers to properly compensate for the engine limitations .
- Adjusted the recipe for Ale and Lager .
- Added in Ale Mash and Lager Mash .
Since most faction cultures look down upon narcotics, these items are harder to come by.
I may further address the balance of making the multi-grain bread in future updates.
