update 1.3 broke some of the points costs and weapon loadouts for ships built with custom weapons mod, V2s are either fixes or modifications so fleet costs zeroed out. I've since got distracted and have only just started to look at SCO again, so I suspect things will need to be updated again.

I like playing with your themed fleets. I have noticed that they are all v2 now.
Was something done to revise them all in the same way?
