Thanks, this should be (i think it used to be?) a core part of the game. Having to rely on rapid expansion early game or habitats late game is dumb.

Don't think that's from my mod, since my buildings don't use that tag. Mine start with "mipo" instead of "mineralminesandpowerplants". Could be some other very similar mod tho

Because these show up in my game, broken, and I don't have your mod installed. Methinks someone on my mod list has copied your mod code and it's fucking with my game

Have an idea.

There is mod that makes possible to build mining habitats - with mining or energy districts (depending on where built - over planet with minerals or over star with energy).

Maybe would be good to add condition like "if at least 1 mining district exists"?
Then it would be possible only where mining is available.

Yeah I just thought they'd get minerals from the planet they're orbiting or asteroids around them, just ignore the part where's it's called a strip mine :^)

Is it possible to disable stripmine on habitats?

They're base game techs, "tech_power_hub_1" and "tech_mineral_purification_1"

You can go into the .txt file to get them btw, same for the base game or any other mods

It baffles me why these don't exist in the main game. If they did, I wouldn't be to adgitated about my size 23 world with +10% minerals that has only 3 mining districts

Absolutely awesome and very necessary mod, thanks for creating it!

Is there any chance you'll be able to update it for the new update? No worries if you can't and no rush if you can, I was just wondering if I should disable the mod and delete all the strip mines and power plants that I build, or if I should just wait for a fix.

@edey5000 Glad you like it. I was thinking about that but I'm considering how it would affect balance. Makes sense if you're using mods that allow for really densely populated worlds. Anyways I will check it out later after I add upgrades for refineries (which I think need some the most right now).

I have a request if you can - can these have an upgrade that uses rare resources and its 4x the number of jobs? Or just any upgrade? thanks, really love this mod

Checked it on my end and they do create jobs. I will however reupload incase I uploaded an earlier bugged version.

strip mines dont produce extra jobs but everything else seems to work
