It's a station
Go into the Info tab and select "Convert to Ship"

If that doesn't work, I suspect a physics bug related to rotors. Seek klang for assistance beyond that point.

Spend ages building this in survival and it dosnt even move, on the moon just stuck mid air even with thrusters off?
