It's an issue with how source engine/garry's mod handles entities unfortunately

It looks like they don't work properly on destructible props built into maps. For example on gm_calamitycoast, hitting any prop like the bride sections doesn't change the numbers on the health bar.

Could you also add text above the health bar so it displays something like "100/100" health?
