The anime name?
Well, the anime itself is called Kokkoku, but they're just called heralds (however you say that in Japanese); they also call them 'handlers' at some point (yea, in broken English)

Yea, that's a good way to call it.
In the anime it's from, when a human loses its will to live, it turns into that thing.
