Great mod thanks mate

I think I needed this. While I never had any significant complaints about UC vs. HN in the Bast area, I found it annoying how it's nearly impossible to deal with the UC's Samurai Gate Guards. I think it's a mixture of the "No Cut Efficiency" mod and their inherent toughness making them nearly immune to damage. I appreciate that Gate Guards are meant to be extremely tough but there's a problem of relative scale when a single Gate Guard is a deadlier threat to my team than an entire HN Inquisitor Patrol.

I see the UC as having a more trained army but the HN larger due to having fertile land.
But this mod is still a good idea (maybe a bit over the top on nerfs but each to their own.)
Could you make a mod that does the opposite were you increase the stats of the HN to the same as the UC?

Great mod, now the fight over Bast feels more balanced, since the HN is supposed to kinda dominate the UC.
