Yes I was thinking something like that too. Correct me if I'm wrong but don't they continue to flee even if they see an enemy in origional DK2? I don't think there's any way in Overlord to have a unit ignore enemies and just keep running to a point.

The tricky part would be getting the princes to run away when they see you. Not 100% sure how I'd do that. I did look at that one when I was replaying the game recently but I came to the decision that there actually isn't that much to that level. It's only a handful of rooms owned by the empire and a big central area for you. I'm not sure it'd really be all that fun or that there would be anything I could turn into optional objectives.
