No, I havent created a readme file with a list of the players so far. Might do, but I don't like people to copy the work.

Is there a readme file where I can look at the players first before I download it? I've added several players and are wary of any duplicates that may arise

No. Faces are subject to copyright from professional photographs which would cost me too much money to feature

Finally got it to show up this evening. had to uninstall and re-install the file another 12 times and reboot the computer twice. Now that I have been able to use the file. Great content.

I'll recommend to download the file from: https://www.passion4fm.com/potential-wonderkids/ in order to get the latest update and place it into editor data folder. If you've subscribed, please check 'Your Documents' > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2019 > Editor Data to see if the file is there.
