This mod is very old so I would suspect it no longer works with the current version of the game.

how come the legacy wing (daytona one) or the tower wing doesnt work? is there any mods that cuz that, its like the same as the small wing, or does it only appear in a race?

This mod Replaces some of the Roadcutter's parts, so it's not a fully standalone one.

It replaces the the roadcutter.

I downloaded this mod and activated it in the game but it doesnt seem to show up in the garage or car lot. Anyone else experiencing that?

Not much, expect a few missing paint files. The skins were all default cyan blue.

Guess what, this is not a new vehicle. Truth be told, none the legacy vehicles are "new", they are old, and just ported to the new version. Besides, there is no reason to make a new vehicle for American 5. The roadcutter can be replaced, as it still retains it's original shape and options, unlike other legacy cars.

It's not a new vehicle. It simply adds extra options to the roadcutter.
