honestly if the leaders of a faction have been eliminated your bounty should automatically be erased itfp, but there's no more to actually help with that apparently.
Fix the mod, please! I hate seeing that I have a 25k bounty in a (Holy) Nation that no longer exists.

With the right mod in you can have non Holy Nation plastic surgeons on the farms that are left over after handing the Nation over to the Shek and Flotsam, so Holy Nation bounties post world change are the easiest to deal with. Though it's kind of pointless to worry about post world change, and I'm pretty OCD about most stuff.

There is no Plastic Surgeon in the United Cities, Shek Kingdom, or Holy Nation. What's the point of the mod if you can't remove the only bounties that matter?
I think the only way to do it is to recruit a unique recruit, give them the plastic surgeon dialogue (via modding tool), take them to the faction you want to clear bounty from, kick them from party (since you can't initiate plastic surgeon dialogue with a party member), then get the radical change from your former party member. However, you lose the unique recruit. I don't think you can get them back after dismissing.
it adds very little and perfectly fiits the game theme, just expand possibilities
Was getting tired of constantly being chased around by the United Unions and not being able to pay off my bounty or get rid of it otherwise.
Radical surgery should make you unrecognizable for all factions, I believe.
Could you please update the mod?

It removed UC bounty only, HN still active.
So far, this mod will only work with bounties that you earn as you play, not from designated wanted starts. Although I assume people who play wanted starts do so because they want the extra challenge.
If there is a way to make it happen, I'll be sure to update the mod accordingly though. If you have any solutions for it, I'm also all ears.
