That would be my Unlock Refab mod I believe?

Would be good to have a mod for making a prefab with structures that are not needed on the spot anymore, with resources to spend turning into one

I'm in just for the decommission tech built in. I don't know why that hasta be researched to begin with. But the recover a prefab is great. I had a drone hub prebuild, that was placed wrong, but couldn't build drone hubs at the time. and I misclicked and the silly drones had it built asap. This woulda fixed that issue in a hurry.
