At this time I've reconsidered working on this mod and updating it's compatibility with the current version of SE. One major blocker is converting all the scripted weapons systems to WeaponCore 2.4 and Defense Shields. These will take time and hopefully have a fun little star trek mini ship available for everyone.

I haven't worked on this mod for nearly a year, let alone played SE in that time. I've reconsidered playing SE again since the updates and continue working on this mod.

so... it doesnt work i think unless im missing something i cant repaint blocks and many blocks switch back to their old colors

At this time the mod is changing and so the details remain unavailable until closer to the final release. I need to figure out the Ship upgrade system and mission system since Keen is well keen on making our lives difficult by making drastic changes.

Yes some are only for small blocks (tiered) and then the borg and station weapons are for large blocks. This mod is being for a certain play style and not meant for general play.

Not sure what your asking. The weapons are faction based (Damage, color, effects) and have 4 tiers to accommodate the different ship eras.

It's coming along great! I'm currently working on the different drone spawns for each faction. I would say I'm about 80% complete

This mod is not designed for transporter technology because the ships are build with small blocks an no interiors. Also planets would be incompatible with this mod at this time. So players would command their ship (Small grid) as the captain and use the hotkeys to give commands. The design is to simply put players in a PvP, PvE world without investing time into building their grids, rather invest their time building a fleet that can be used to take out the klingon faction etc.

By the way RelicSage, I have been using a mod that essentially adds in functioning Star Trek transporters that you might be interested in for your builds.

Correct this is just the foundation of the mod, the ships in the images will be separate BP's as they are updated and considered completed for the mod. We've added about 10 additional ships including Vulcans, ferengi, and Gorn ships. I'm going as fast as I can to get this mod done...I hate perfection but I strive for it.

The weapon balancing is done, working on power balancing. Once that is done then i'll need to update each ship. I should then have a good set of random encounters for testing. Once I'm ready I'll post the test server information here with a direct link.

I am shooting for the release date shortly after the economy mod form keen is released. That'll give me a deadline finally and we have alot to do to truly build the immersion.

I have a similar version of this mod in the modpack. Most of the grids are going to be small block, with exception of stations and some enemy ships.

A speed of that magnitude would take away from the game play, these ships are pretty fast. I will have a speed mod included and will be adjusted to an appropriate based on feedback from the beta stage. Currently I have the speed mod set to 200 m/s. On a side note I am looking into a new Warp Drive system here

can we atleast get the infinate speed mod i dont think you will have to worry about updates for it 100 mps is too slow

No public servers at the moment. I ran into a few hiccups and put off building a test world until I clear these issues. I'm trying to reduce the mod count and avoid any unwanted updates from mod authors (Working on permissions) So this mod will include many different variants of other mods to maintain the Star Trek universe and less SE with Star trek ships. I'm just waiting for the Ship Vendor to complete to really move forward with this mod.

Not ll of them, once the world has been created a select few will serve as Starter ships that will be available to purchase from a ship vendor (pending completion). In order to get a better ship you'll need to accrue currency (Gold-Pressed Latinum) from missions, derelicts, rewards of battle, mining, etc.

Currently the BP's are not available at this time because they are changing to meet the new updates. The current server is down due to maintenance.

I haven't watched STD, nor any desire to watch it. I don't believe we'll be adding any STD ships. However we have more ships in pipeline, including different races (Ferengi, etc.) We are fixing all the scripts and recreating the map that the latest update broke (Causing even more of a delay). Frustrating yes...but we're not defeated.
