Should be fixed now. If you want to play LostenSpace's mod I believe it's only missing the map .obj so just transplant my re-upload to there.
Daiyamo  [author] 22 Jun @ 1:51pm
I'll check it out later thanks

The model/mesh link is broken for this game.
LostenSpace 22 Sep, 2023 @ 11:14am
You can only see the units when you are selected as the color of the respective player. The unit pools are in the hidden area. This would be a tough game to play solo but you can switch between colors to play as each faction on their turn if you wanted to.
BigSexy 22 Sep, 2023 @ 10:41am
oh you can't play game solo it seems?
BigSexy 22 Sep, 2023 @ 10:38am
Not sure what I'm missing but don't see any other unit pools but German and Italian. Where are the allies and Sov?

Made a CnC table

It seems that over the weekend a Conquest & Consequence module for vassal has been released. :-)
Would be awesome and much appreciated, if you could look into it Daiyamo!
Daiyamo  [author] 30 Dec, 2021 @ 11:40am
I considered it but it seems there's not been a publicly available release of the vassal module, which would have the cards id need to make a Conquest & Consequence table
Regolon 30 Dec, 2021 @ 7:24am
Thank you Daiyamo for your excellent implementation.

Do you plan to do the same with the new Conquest & Consequence?
Daiyamo  [author] 22 Dec, 2021 @ 8:10pm
There is no 3rd edition of this game. When making this mod, I made the mistake thinking the GMT listing of the game said 3rd edition when in reality it was the 3rd printing of the 2nd edition. Everything should be correct as far as everything being presented as 2nd edition rules intend and i'm surprised no one had called me out for the title showing '3rd Edition' for so long.

As for the units, I think they're fine as is. If you're willing to make the change the unit catalog to show the nato unit symbols instead of the unit silhouettes then I might implement it as a separate mod.
LostenSpace 22 Dec, 2021 @ 7:45pm
Also is there a way to get the 3rd edition rule book in the mod? And can we replace the 2nd edition starting unit sheet with the 3rd edition unit sheet? I would be willing to help but I have no modding skills so I would need some assistance. Send me a message @Daiyamo

Hi, im interested in using this module. I was wondering if the icons for the units could be changed to show the same icons in the game? The unit block insigia as shown here. https://boardgamegeek.com/image/2580586/triumph-tragedy-european-balance-power-1936-1945

Thank you! Shift + alt helped.
Daiyamo  [author] 21 Dec, 2021 @ 3:53pm
You have to hover and press shift+alt. You can also ask others to blindfold when you're building your units so you see them all at once. Its cumbersome but doable
GreenAlien 21 Dec, 2021 @ 3:04pm
Is it possible to view own chits somehow? Or stand them uprgiht, as they should be? I find it hard to play if I can't view my own units.
Daiyamo  [author] 19 Dec, 2021 @ 9:58pm
Mod is built from another mod that used vassal assets originally along with some of their own. I re-drew some of the tokens myself because of the quality of those vassal bits.
afinati 19 Dec, 2021 @ 2:40pm
Did you create this from the Vassal module or did you modify an older mod? I messaged Craig about CnC; I want to get the ball rolling on creating that mod. By the way, message me if you want an even more touched up version of this one. I've done some edits and added some necessary tokens.

Update: I have solved the problem; for whatever reason, ALL of the final states of the existing units for the west and soviets has the "hands" toggle turned on. Switching this off will disable the issue I discussed previously.
Siontific 11 Dec, 2021 @ 4:51pm
Another ease of use upgrade i have implemented myself; Creating and Locking down tiles of the Border Limits, Map Key, and Unit Tables. By having them be locked tiles (that rest directly over their actual placement on the board itself), it allows users to access the information from anywhere on the board by zooming in with alt. This streamlines the process of referencing that information to a simple button press rather than needing to take the camera to the area on the map board and zoom in manually.

I've been noticing an interesting dynamic; The Axis units are the only units that can be upgraded/downgraded via a simple keypress. The other factions can do this, but if you max out the CV (i.e. by pressing 3 or 4) it disables the ability to key press for that unit. Any further key presses, whether up or down in value, bring the unit into a player's hand.

I'm not at all sure where the difference lies between the Axis units and the other two factions but for ease of play it would be great if Building CV or taking hits could be executed with a simple key press rather than right clicking and selecting the value.

Thank you afinati for the prompt. I've made the changes to have that resolved so the table should be working now as intended
afinati 24 Nov, 2021 @ 5:45pm
There's an image that is generating an error on load.
Kung Fu Treachery 19 Jan, 2021 @ 5:02pm
this is the best T&T module available, but i wish it had the old-style counters with the pips instead of the much less attractive (and in my opinion harder to read at a glance) numerical counters

Hi, wanted you know that your mod has been added to my collection: Board Game Geek - BGG - May 2020 - Best Mod for each of the Top 500 Rated Games. Collection here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2086043930

The collection used this priority system:

1. Mod's Files Availability: Mod with all/most files still available for download
2. Feature completeness: Mod with greatest inclusion of expansions and/or promos available for the board game title
2. Scripting: Mod with scripting that most reduces work in setup/play for players
3. Component Quality: Mod with the best visuals/usability in terms of component quality
4. Table Setup/Ambiance: Mod with the best immersion with table, background, and other modeling.

Please also note that a mod that makes selection for this list very well could be one in which the mod author borrowed the majority of assets from another workshop listing, so full thanks to all who worked on a mod.

Thanks for your hard work!

Thanks!!

I've wanted to do something similar but I have no solution. Maybe some solution can be found with scripting but I have 0 skills in it. Currently, you can press shift+alt to see the underside of the cards and with that the game is certainly playable.
JagarKlato 8 Jul, 2019 @ 8:58am
can you help me with visibility of blocks ? It would be perfect, if blocks would be visible only for owner, unles fliped - then are visible for all players. Otherwise, there is no fog of war and this is biggest strenght of this game.

I was trying to find out, what to do, to enable it, but I was unable to find any solution. Thank you
