nice to see your creativity. The exp thresholds are the same in the current version (100, 1000, 10000), are you considering readjusting them again?

I finally got around to updating the mod's version to 3.12. I remember there being some changes to ship and army XP some time ago, so I have no idea if this mod is even needed anymore.

I am unable to update the mods at the moment due to being overseas. As long as the game rules have not been updated (and I have seen nothing in the patch notes to show this), this mod should be compatible with the latest version.

@Deviant, probably not, as the default XP gain is faster than this mod. I will mark as as obsolete.

In patch 3.4.4. Increased experience gained by ships in battle from 1 per day to 5 per day.

All of my mods are, as far as I am aware compatible with the latest patch. I am waiting on a replacement SSD from Samsung, so when that comes, I will update the version numbers.

I have been lazy and did not get around to updating this mod's version. It was still compatible though. The mod has now been updated for version 3.2. If there's any problems please let me know.

Raiman, thank you for letting me know. I have updated and fixed this. I too was wondering why my ships were elite so easily. Looks like I uploaded the wrong version when I did the 2.8 update.

The Exp for Elite is listed as 2500 in your description but is in fact 1000 in the file. Might be the reason why Aaronthelemons ships were all Elite.

Aaron, I do not believe that they did. I checked the core file and I cannot see any change to exp. The first two lines above define the amount of exp you get and that has not changed.

All my ships are Elite with this mod and it doesnt feel like they've done that much combat.

Does this mod work with some other mods like NSC? Some of the things that add starting ship experience dont seem to work in my game, and Im not sure which mod it is related to.

@HighKings_Ruin I don't think it's my mod doing it. I just tried changing my corvete's spec from auto upgrade to not auto upgrade and I can save it fine.

Can you record it and upload to streamable.com?

Bug report: When the mod is active it prevents you from saving any new ship design unless the name is changed, even it's just to change the auto upgrade setting.

The current meta is just to hire a marauder admiral, they start at lvl3. you won't get anything better unless you kill 40 unbidden fleets :D

well it took me about 30 years to beat the unbidden. I started with a lvl1 admiral and I destroyed countless Unbidden fleets (40-50?) Each of them with a strength from 93k to 130k
When I was done my Admiral was LvL3 at 30% ... So if you say Admirals level fairly quickly that's just a lie :D

@Krein81, you don't really need faster admiral XP. Admirals level fairly quickly, provided they see combat.
