Author of this mod, Dalrae is currently in a military, so it might take few weeks or maybe months for 1.1 update.

Ff this ever should get an update, maybe add a bonus to Blood Filtration or Blood Pumping? Just treating bleeding seems under-powered, I would rather tend to the wound.

혹시 쓰러진 적이나 아군을 침대까지 이송하지 않고 바로 수혈할 수 있는 방법은 없을까요?

Sorry Rage, you obviously haven't played DF. If you had, you'd realize how simplified RimWorld is. As for 'what meals are made of', in DF, your units care if they get their favourite ingredients. They care if they get the same meal all the time. They like variety as well as specific things. Other than cannibalism, RimWorld totally ignores such issues and just leaves us 'meals'.

I recommend you make/link an online repo, Dalrae. This mod has quite some potential, and creators of other mods might be willing to help with compatibility. I moonlight as a C# developer and might give it a look.

and this game doesnt avoid those simulation type of things it actually imbrasses it he wanted this game to be super indebth and at one point wanted blood types and mental problems and different types of natrual problems that could show up and change how a single pawn works he cut it due to time and work restrants trying to make the game playable optimized and easily modded thats why mods like this can happen cause he choice to not work on every small detail and made it so anyone could add those things he didnt have the time energy or resources to add

sorry i had to cut that up alot cause of character limits
it was to maluraq and it even pays attention to were friends or hated people are what they say every step they say it logs and only shows you the fights it every pawn constantly updates due its sourndings like if theres plants or flowers if there dirt blood or vomit on the floor and the only time meals didnt matter was in beta .18 when the only way to make food was a paste machine and the only crop was potatos and wild animal meat

i think you have no idea what your talking about rimworld is meant to be specific its just he dropped like 90% of the heavy ideas from the game to make sure he could make it thats why mods were given such priorities so people could customize the game the game cares about alot of aspects and food is super relient on what its made from if you eat human meat and insects meat only your people will break all the time when it comes ot blood types no it wasnt ever added to the game but its possible to be added by modders i think you should wake up a little and just look at how the game is its a simulation more then its a game to just fuck around in every single second in the game every pawn you have even animal constantly look and updates about its sourndings what it eat if it was hurt if its sick if it has enough sleep space if its comftable if it has a bed if theres a owner

Umm, rimworld does care about what meals are made of you have cannibal meals and then insect meat meals which have various effects. The game also tells you what meals are made up from.

Rimworld specifically avoids technicalities like blood type; it doesn't even care what your meals were made from. Lets not make this more complicated than it needs to be, very good idea by itself.

This has a lot of use and is yet very simple. You could be a big modder with ideas like this one. I haven'te encountered any bugs yet, and loaded into a current save.
