@Litihum, normal map has been updated in the main game, and the issue has been solved :)

Hey Lithium, Sadly this was a mistake we missed. I've fixed this a few weeks ago, and I have tried to get in touch with Valve to update the game files, but no luck so far. I will try getting in touch with them again.

Have you noticed that in-game normal texture is inverted? This skin looks amazing but this issue is really frustrating
