So, although the mod is nice and all, I want to switch it out with a smaller breezehome mod, but for some reason, when i remove this, or delete the files. My game either still show content from this mod or crashes my game right as I hit play. Any advice on how to fix this, if it is possible at all.

I have always loved this Mod, anyone know where it is on Skyrim NEXUS? Is it under another name? I would like to keep all my mods downloaded from that site, but I can no longer find the file there, it seems to be only available on STEAM. :-(

Glad to know you'll be fixing the issues. But I do have one complaint not relative towards bugs. You really shouldn't have added so much furniture. The house isn't exactly "roomy" it's hard to get in and out.

Question. Can You Have A Wife And Kid In The House?

i really like this but it is way to cluttered and i just couldnt deal with it. Oh and whats the deal with the underground water passage? i went in there (almost died) and came back out and my follower got trapped in there any advice on how to get her back?

GREAT mod!!!...The PERFECT Breezehome....only problem..my followers don't want to leave Breezehome and follow me...lol

BREEZEHOME 1.0 IN THE WORKS!

This mod will be re-released on Nexus and Steam with version 1.0, here is a partial list of changes:
- Reduce clutter
- Add fireplace activator
- Scroll and claw holder adds and fixes
- Improved weapon racks
- Enlarged and redesigned vampire quarters area
- Allow drinking from all sinks
- Declutter/remove understair braziers (this will reduce light flickering issues)
- Removing outside front bench (to increase compatibility with WR design mods)
- Replace 2nd alchemy room (non-childs room option) with trophy room (mannequins and racks)
- Cosmetic changes to upper burrows
- Redesign and reinstate burrows questline for Whisperblade
- Silence small rats & spiders

Cricket it does not sound like the mod is activated. Read the mod info again in case something was missed.
Thor the vault has a lot of loose gold and gems in the display cases. More may be added with 1.0.

i have an issue: so i have installed this mod before i bought breezehome ingame when i bought it it just looks like the normal unupgraded one and then when i followed the instruction steps to reinstall it, it still has the same issue PS. im using SKSE

OMG...its..its..beautiful....everything Breezehome should be.Plenty of room,storage...and how many 'player houses' will you find that has beds for your followers??...NONE!..Thank you for making the home of everyone's dreams..;-)

I don't think I've heard that one before :p, and I bet it's a conflict with another mod. If you are in the correct Breezehome cell and have the alchy lab and open the portal there should be stairs. There is no dirt and grass in the cell. Do you have any other breezehome related mods? What rooms have you purchased from the steward?

Hi folks, most of the misplacement, blockage and clutter issues sound like previous breezehome items that are in your games memory are competing with the new placement of items. Follow the 5-step 'current breezehome owners' instructions above to resolve this. Glad you are all still enjoying this and thanks for the support. Working on improving it for a 1.0 release.

My very favourite house mod. I just started a new game (with only mods from nexus for conflict management) and will not buy Breezehome until this is available on nexus since Breezehome (and actually Whiterun) just isn't the same without it. My thanks and appreciation for all your amazing work. : D

Hi RobinSage My Breeze home is so clutted that if i use the front door i cannot go to any other room becos the ladder is blocked.And the secret panel for the downstairs is under the forge. Do i need to restart my game to get this Beautiful mod working properly again?kind regards Wills.

I have 2 girls as kids iI found their beds under the forge near the back door.... I was wondering if this can be fixed.

i love this house *_* it is fabules ,but i can´t walk to the alchemi tabel and the bed (i think from the child) stands in the forge .

This is gorgeous and I'm loving it but I'm having a problem finding the companions quarters. I found the basement trap door and the display area behind the wardrobe but I'm not finding anything else. :(

Also, the 'kids' room has a double set of doors that overlap and are hard to get through. Luckily, I don't really need to lol.

Thanks everyone I'm glad you are enjoying this. I'll move this over to Nexus in the coming months, maybe as-is without an update so I can focus on a next new project (which I'm sure you will love). This has always been my favorite mod to work on.

i think im blind i dont know where i get the key for breezehome... before the mod i actually bought breezehome. when i want to go inside there is written that i need a key. when im talking to preventus arenturio ( i think this was his name) i dont have the option to buy a key :( pls help

WOW!!!! This is incredible. Its the best breezehome out there!!!! I CANT SAY ENOUGH. i HAVE NOTICED THAT IT HASNT HAD AN UPDATE IN A FEW YEARS. iS THERE ANY WAY THAT U CAN UPDATE IT PLZ/? It would b a real shame for this mod to lose cohesion. the burrows r...scary creepy and in some places just crazy...love trhem!!! I will favorite this and track it and hope for an update...was wondering why it isnt on nexus but u must have a good reason..worth it to get it from steam!!!!

Hi RobinSage, I am happy to say Sofia is responding as she was meant to again after resetting her to respawn at the stables.There is one thing that would be nice with her and that is the command to sleep,Sofia goes to sleep ok but i can't leave her sleeping and sleep myself.If in future updates could another dialogue be included where Sofia can sleep with the Boss.i will take a screen shot and see if you can understand what i would like. kind regards Wills.I must tell you that you are awesome to be able to create a character like Sofia. well done

Hi again grandad I know exactly what is going on. In short the game is trying to place all the items that was in a prior Breezehome you had along with the items in the current Breezehome. If you follow the instructions for Current Breezehome Owners that will take care of it.

Russell - That sounds like a lot of prior Breezehome junk in your game memory or save. I would clean it out and following the instructions for 'Current Breezehome owners' to give it a good scrubbing.

B3 is still unworkable The clutter includes ladders that go nowhere in pairs and double sets of doors to the bedrooms the main bed has a chair thrown on it and is a real shefmossel

SideManager I have seen where sometimes the stones can fall under the structure. You can find the FormID in console help to put in it your inventory.

Where is the doomstone fragment for the lady stone? I can't find it anywhere around the base of the standing stone :(
