Crashes once seeing the cutscene of the dragon getting hit by the canon after you killed the snowman. is this the end of the map or something? it has crashed now 3 times at the same place

I am stuck in the cave at the doors, I have unfroze the things that slide but nomatter what I do the door wont open.
