I do not know wether it is technical possible but it woul be nice to see the number of the fleet f.e. instead of the sail ;-)
As I already said: UB is worthless to me - the production of conquered cities is so much behind of my capital ...

Yes, my problem is my playstyle. I only build 3-4 Cities an begin with wars not before industrial era. And my only victory is the military. The next "problem" is, that I need no courthouses because I only play with marionettes. So, without this feature this civ is half so interesting.

It should be possible to build the Secretariat in all cities. I f.e. build units only in the city - so ...
