I was having a mild headache cause I reopened the model and it's like opening a can of worms and I went down this rabbit hole and started tweaking the model and redoing some textures -- all the time not even sure what's causing the issue and if the tweaking will even fix it -- so imagine my pleasant surprise when this gets solved with a mod update! Thank you

Hi @breed4me22 Thanks for letting me know. I thought the Compatibility Report mod only checks mods? Where do you see it showing up as broken? I would like to investigate. Is this the only asset of mine that has this issue?

i sure did, and i even made it a historical building hoping it wouldn't disappear. id like to use it, since i am recreating NYC and put it exactly where and how the map tells me. so im at a loss

@dadyrghlv69 Did you plop it at a corner as shown in the screenshots above on high density commercial tiles?

doesnt work, i plop it exactly the way its supposed to, and it just disappears

@Mez17 Did you try to spawn it at a 2x4 corner? Like it should be at a corner like you see in the screen shots.

why every time i plop these down, they will construct it first and then it disappears??

@johntphillpot this is a growable building, it will only spawn on a 2x4 corner (refer to screenshots) that has been zoned high density commercial. Alternatively you can plop it using mods like Find It! or Ploppable RICO , and you should be able to find this asset in the relevant menu by searching "Nike NYC". Feel free to let me know if you still can't get this building to appear.
