Should be, the more items you sell of the same thing, the less they sell for, besides trade commodities.

Can anyone make/link that mod that affects all prices?
Luna 8 Sep, 2021 @ 2:22am
@Siren thanks for the help, manual sounds painful though since I have 400+ mods.

I will absolutely download yours if you actually change every vanilla items, this problem is really a major problem even on Vanilla. If you need help please tell me since I have so much free time.

Yooooo! i found a way how you can actually let that global modifier affect all items in game and thought you would like to know. Im really proud i figured this out cause im a noob and not a modder haha. Like you said some items are not part of that global modifier ''loot price multiplier''. But if you select a item like ''animal skin'' and scroll all the way down, at the bottom there is a option that says ''trade item'' = true. If you set this to ''false'', this item will not longer be sold for the highest price, and is now PART of that global modifier ''loot price multiplier''. I tested this out and its exactly sold for the % i set it on. Since there are not even that many items in game having to do this with every item manually should not even be that hard (gonna try it myself now).

Great mod! This neutralized the easy way to earn money on trophies. Thank you!

what does non-trade items include? can you explain more? and original armours and weapons also divides by 3 ? or only stolen armours and weapons divided by 3?
Wrath 19 Jul, 2020 @ 4:09am
I think I will pass as weapons can be quite expensive.

really nice mod,
I would really like a mod where npcs will not always buy everything you sell them.
Lucian 11 Dec, 2019 @ 1:33pm
Exactly what I was looking for.
Is their a possibility to tweak it? I will it make really hard to earn money, it should be only nest items and trade items. Furthermore I would like to make blueprints incredible expensive... Let's say some 100k of cats. I think this will improve the long time motivation
Cherman 3 Jun, 2019 @ 11:20am
@kamikc It does not affect the price of beak thing eggs. Beak thing eggs are actually part of their own category, "nest items". They are not stolen, or armor, or weapons, so this mod does not affect them.

kamikc : yes, it should affect the price of all items.
Agus 22 Apr, 2019 @ 6:12pm
I just have one question, does this mod affect the selling price of beak's thing eggs?

Good night, I do not speak your language, I use a translator program. I liked your mods and I'm new, I have a serious problem that I said I do not have, that I can get easy money, could I make a mod for someone who is not used to it and needs to have and accumulate money? Even with these mods for food, for strength, it's no use if I'm out of money to buy myself or even steal. I can not buy food, a little house to stop the table and search, will tell the rest of the material.
I as a beginner I installed many mods, factions, now I'm even more difficult, money would help to start at least having a house in the city, condition of making a stove to prepare food that other mods offer, a corner for your training dummy, bed ... the basics for a beginner ...
I would say that I think it's great for you to remark when a mod affects only the team or affects npc as well.

The Merchants Guild want to take down this mod.

RandomDude : yes, I think the shop sells at normal prices.
The price listed is the one you'll pay, modded or not. :)
RandomDude 21 Jan, 2019 @ 8:43am
Does anyone know if the shop counter will sell items at normal price? I'm guessing they'll sell at the price listed on the item itself, right?
Spoopy Lamp 14 Jan, 2019 @ 5:55pm
Great. thanks for the quick response!
( * )  [author] 14 Jan, 2019 @ 5:24pm
Yikes : it should work for all items, modded or not. :)
Spoopy Lamp 14 Jan, 2019 @ 5:13pm
Just wondering, does this mod work for all modded items aswell or just vanilla?
( * )  [author] 11 Jan, 2019 @ 3:30am
Sebek : haha ;)
Sebek 11 Jan, 2019 @ 1:01am
Please add this to mod description:
"The intent is to provide players with a sense of pride and accomplishment for getting cats"

CHerman : I have no idea.
If you try, please keep us posted. :)
Cherman 8 Jan, 2019 @ 3:22pm
He mentioned something interesting: Do items sold at your shop counter sell for 1/3 of the price? Or, since you are the merchant in that case, can you sell at normal values? Because the shop counter is beyond useless in vanilla, and this could give it a purpose.

Papa Sasquatch : please keep us posted, I'm very interested in users' feedback for this mod. :)

I am on my first second playthrough after recently buying the game and I got to about half a mil and felt it was a bit too easy after reading a few guides.

I am installing this now and hopefully it will make the game a bit more balanced "economically", and it should make running a shop much more important than selling your items directly, atleast I hope that's how it will work.

Thanks!
