Amazing skin, since portal 2 is my favorite game of all time. However i found a reskin for the shotgun and i had to remove this one.

I misintereted your comment. It does have the stock shotgun sound. I thought you just meant that the mod doesn't come with any sound.

No, it does not. After going through Portal's sound library, I was never able to find a sound good enough to place on the shotgun. Each one, mixed or unmixed sounded like crap.

Here at Aperture Science, we came up with the idea to make our own shotgun. Business was booming, until the apocalypse broke out. Our organization is still alive, in a very secret part of the world. We still send packages with our shotguns and ammo in it at random places around the world for buyers that are still alive. If you find one laying around, then just don't take it. Take it, then send us a tip.

Make sure there's nothing interfering with the mod, then uninstall and reinstall it. If that doesn't work and/or you've already tried it, let me know.
