@PoliceOfficer07 open the .zip and find the camso_engine.jbeam, open it with Notepad and change the "friction" to about 5

cool! although, leaf spring may work in diferent setups, cars that exist beyond the limits of what the game's expecting can by very unpredictable, something that break for one may work for another and mapping all option is too much work

Make sure you don't have NaN errors in automation, usually it's from tires too tin and it causes the in-game graphs to have no curves, so play around until the graph get a curve

for some reason, the car wont load for me in BeamNG. It just tells me "Error in vehicle/object. Please verify installation.

Yes, I was getting NAN values. I believe this was caused by negative suspension height, try using solid axle coil suspension; that solved it for me.

On another note, I've managed to fit a B4 into it, getting around 170 from the engine.

Fun mod that makes making fun cars to a new level! I am having one issue with this mod and it is that it wont work for me in BeamNG.drive. It will export from Automation and add it to BeamNG, but when I go to load it in, the game says that there is an error with the mod. It doesn't crash the game, but will not spawn it in. If anyone can help me with this it would be appreciated.

also for the wheelbase, the big meal arches that are hardcoded in the automation chassis would poke through the body if i moved them any further forward or backward and it's not designed to have huge front and back overhang, quite the contrary, it's the best anyone could do really...

idk why the small one crashes for certain people, it works just fine for me... maybe manually delete the files from the automation install and latting the workshop redownload could help? did you have the mod since before the opdate? if yes, maybe the workshop didn't replace all of the old vertion (idk, i'm guessing here)

This is really cool, however using the squashed version of the body causes the game to crash, and will crash if you try and reload the trim afterwards. Also, the wheel base feels a bit short for the body.

I just re-tested it again, to make sure all works and i'll admit, I should remouve the rear engine option, nothing fits BUT! mid engine and front engine fits small inline 3, small 60 degree v6 and front longitudinal even fits a tiny inline 4

Shame the Trident is even less suitable for the Automation system than the P50, with the whole "has an adorable plastic bubble roof'" thing. I love that flying saucer.

yes, but unlike in the concider video, both trim work and there are morphs on them, I reached out to him, he probably had broken files from the workshop not updating it right or something

nice mod :P also i am making the semi truck mate though ive been running into life as of late so development is SLOW... Ive been making some progress though i had to learn about a new program called cinema 4d (trying to apply from what i learned from college by using my 3d modeling experince from Autodesk Inventor)

Hamish_McGregor I tested it right now, for me both worked, for a moment I feared my new trim broke the old trim but I suppose this is another thing to attribute to the game not liking very small cars that the game wasn't made for :/

Fletch the Builder: actually, i heard someone is trying to make a semi truck, but it took me several months to learn all the hidden problems of automation mod making (still finds new one now) plus that persone might not have as much experience goign in with 3d modeling so I can't tell you how fast or slow this is comming (if ever)

Just downloaded, and in my game two trims appear, the first looks larger and crashes the game if clicked. The second smaller one works, but clearly sits outside the intended scope of the games balence, with the min size for brakes way to high force (I can't get below a 64% drivability penalty for brake balence even with ABS), DOHC blocks too wide to fit transversly in the front even at min bore, and the tiny width causing very strange steering graph reactions.

All in all its a fun challenge for the automation player thats tried everything else, but not finished or recommended to use seriously.
