Yea, you'll need the requierd smithing level. and you won't get the armour, you'll need to make it.

I am guessing this mod is for roleplayers who like the look of weaker armors but don't want to wear them because the have sucky armor rating.

the light armors are close to some of the heavy armors in armor rating, so i think the light armors need rebalancing, also remove the BUSO in front of the armor, its anoying also, could you make a enchantment mod that adds an enchament that adds armor rating to an item?
