@w demonio - sadly it is not possible to set the time. It is only a toggle, regen or not.

You can make a mod like this that takes much longer for the characters to reappear.

Although I think you'll have to set a shorter respawn time in advance, because the animals there are VERY hungry.

Hey Nidaren! This is a great mod, thanks for it. With that in mind, may I ask you to do the same for Mourn? For bar and merchant. Just, you know, feeding the animals is fun, but not when they're eating your nearest junk outlet.

and i'm aware that the guards attacking eachother is not something caused by your mod (i would think anyway) it's just some weird faction shenannigans.

to clarify what i'm trying to say: is it possible to have the game check if these NPC's need to be re-spawned when the lively hub mod is installed? or is that something that you can't do with normal modding?
i am fully aware that it's quite possible that the mod works perfectly and intended if you ONLY have this mod installed (the lively hub mod moves the bar to a different building in the hub but your NPC's treat it normally) and if so, oh well, but for now, ill disable the mod, because i don't want to end up with 500 guards in 1 bar, lol... ill stay subscribed, in case these tough bastards manage to die SOMEHOW, and i need to turn it back on, but for now, ill just be turning it off XD

this mod is great! but... when used with the 'lively and safe hub' mod, the mod causes ALL guards AND barman to spawn at the selected intervals...
i currently have like 6 barman NPC's (you can only trade with 1 at a time, and they do not show any glitchy behavior, they just take a normal NPC sit/stand location in the bar) and they have like 20 guards...
for some reason, the holy nation outcast (or whatever) faction become hostile towards the faction that these guards use, so... basically, when 1 (modded) hub guard gets close to the bar, all guards rush out and try to kill 90% of the (modded) population of the town, as these bar guards are MUCH tougher than the hub gate guards.

This is very usefull! In my game, about 40 days in, the area erupted into sudden chaos as somehow large numbers of Escaped Servants swarmed the place, became hostile with Trade Ninjas. Bartender died, and then the thief boss before I could join xP

@Mods, can you please upload your save so I can have a look? I have checked the override states for the Hub, but it doesn't have any. I may create one for it, but would need to see your save to get the exact game state world.

Hey Mods, thanks for the report. I will update it for the states when it is being taken over. In case when Shek claim it, it will be provided with shek guards etc.

Subbing to this now! Can you add versions like this for the Shark, and prob other towns? I just went to the Shark for the first time last night, and the Hounds were killing off all the NPC vendors.

@Marlon No jogo não modificado, quando alguém ataca a cidade de Hub e mata os empregados do Bar, eles nunca voltam. Este mod faz com que sejam recrutados novamente e trabalhando no hub novamente (Ninja Guards, Barman, Squatters)
