Stopped reading comments from my civilization mods. Maybe I shouldn't have xD Ah well.
First, Kruje, where was Skenderbeg's stronghold, should be marked on the map. I believe Kruje can be a capital of Albanian Civilization, or at least second or thrid city.
Second, Elbasan built by the Ottomans, not by Albanians. It was a foothold for conquer the Albanians. I wonder why it marked on the chart.
Sorry for poor English, and if my words seems to blame, that's not I meant to.
even got Kulla in there eh?? nice job nice job
I wouldn't know what the problem would be. I'll look into it, but I don't think I'll find the solution, though. America is the "default" when nothing is selected, but I didn't see any new definition of any icon in the BNW version.. Not sure, but I think I had the same problem with Poland, which is an official civ.
Yes, the Elite units are kinda strong, but they're meant to be. I can always try to make them weaker somehow. I figured because they need to survive for a long time in order to become strong in enemy territory that it was justified. Then again, you can get some free promotions in later games with the military buildings.. ;p
Soemthing I did notice on a couple of mods - some of your civs have missing/messed up icons in the culture victory menus. May be something to look into once the majority of your mods are updated etc.
1. Turn off the game.
2. Delete the Civ5ModsDatabase.db from Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache.
3. Launch the game and go to the mod section again.
After waiting for a brief period, all missing downloads should initiate and install!
