@ma1201 As you guessed i haven't done it, sorry i got too busy.
@Ultimuh Don't know, i'm not up to date in Stellaris anymore. It changes the 00_ethics.txt, 00_policies.txt and 05_species_controls.txt (in species_rights folder) files.

Also, what vanilla files does it alter?

Hi Could you make a mod that allows any empire (machine,hive normal with any ethic) to set any species (including your main species) as undesirable?
