Hi, like many people who left comments on your collection, I loooove it! I am building the whole city with your roads! But just like what @gfurm mentioned before, arrows are not showing when there's no traffic light at a junction, and it bugs me a little :'( I understand the restoration of reality but it really would be great if the arrows are there... Thanks for your great work!

@gfurm I suppose the best way is to check the arrow settings in TMPE.
gfurm 25 Jan, 2022 @ 2:05pm
@Macwelshman - thanks for reply.
I got all that, the roads were behaving as TMPE was set up, but since arrows only show on traffic lights I didn't notice for a while that no car was turning on one junction. I found the arrows and was placing them but since they are only visual and not functional the issue was still present.
Don't get me wrong, I think the roads are fantastic, beautiful visually. It's just that lack of arrows on roads without traffic lights makes it difficult for me to see what is going on with the road.

@gfurm It's worth mentioning that the arrows are available to be plopped manually if you do a 'FindIt' search for "UKR-D Arr'.

@gfurm The appearance of the arrows is not related to whether lanes have dedicated turning. These roads were created before TMPE so if you choose lane dedication in TMPE the arrows will not show but they will still behave as TMPE dedicates. The arrows are designed to appear when there are traffic lights, but this is a visual thing on choosing that junction option. The fact that they don't appear on TMPE junctions has no effect on how they function in the traffic AI.

They all look great bu the lack of arrows is an issue for me. I know you going for realistic feel, but around North West, whenever there is asymetrical bit of road with dedicated turning lane it got arrows on. I was wondering for a long time why one area in my city wasn't getting buildings and only when checking Traffic manager I found turning been disabled (it was previously T-junction and i added a road), but since no arrows show on the road i didn't notice straight away. I'm still using your motorways though, they are fantastic.

@Kamakasit The arrows are designed to only show at traffic lights which is the standard for most UK roads.
Kamakasit 9 Jan, 2022 @ 12:21pm
I dont have any road arrows, everything else is fine like the double yellow lines and dashed lines but no arrows before junctions.
gfurm 9 Jan, 2022 @ 10:27am
Why toad pedestrain crossing and road arrows only show when I add traffic lights to junction?
Am I missing something?
Macwelshman  [author] 7 Dec, 2021 @ 3:04pm
@hosen you need to subscribe to the Decal Prop Fix mod that is highlighted in the required items.

My bike and bus lane decals are way too big for the lanes, why is this?

@DragonWolf5589 Check that your theme isn't making the road colour too light it's designed to be R:128 G:128 B:128

am i doing something wrong as i cant see any road markings on any of the uk roads?
MisoRamenSoup 27 Jul, 2021 @ 12:47pm
@The Doot Slayer Those have been done already by MZ i think, search uk props.
@Rias Have a look at the village roads pack. It has non parking no double yellows.
rlas 19 Jun, 2021 @ 7:50am
I assume there is no way to get rid of the yellow double line markings on the sides of non parking streets? :/ i disabled the "UKR-D yellow double line" but i guess that is a different one cause they did not disappear :steamsad:
Macwelshman  [author] 21 Feb, 2020 @ 12:38pm
@DJOldskool The example you've shown is unfortunately part of the road textures.

@Macwelshman

Thanks for the reply.
I figured out the naming, UKR-D JnCL is the closest under ukr d. Of the UKR SL the shortest is 2m, that covers two of the lines i mean and the gap inbetween.

I noticed that the same line I am after is used for the parking on UKR-SR 2L2W-15 Parking.

There is an image of what I am talking about on reddit here:

@DJOldskool If you do a find it search for "ukr d" all the decals from all the packs will show. There are a few that are part of the essentials pack that don't show up in the menus.

@Macwelshman
These packs are incredible, thank you.

If possible, could you add the very short line that appears at motorway junction or when changing from 2 to 3 lanes etc?

I often want to cover up the standard lane markings and extend the junction markings but cannot find a decal anywhere that is short enough

I really like the entire UKR project! I've been making a British-style city. I love being able to produce realistic British roads and architecture, and I think the way the crosswalks are handled is much better (not like the white stripes at every junction like in America).

I use the decals in this pack to make lines in junctions to guide vehicles. Also, mini-roundabouts are fun to construct. My city has a lot of cycle tracks too, so it's good for detailing those. I'm really glad that this collection exists on the workshop!

Again, I really like the UKR project, and I've used many of your assets in my own cities for several years now!

Does anyone else have no marking for a bus stop?
ItsChris 15 Jul, 2019 @ 7:01am
This is a great pack, but the markings look very different from the existing ones used on roads. For example I placed a line of double yellow line decals across the opposite of a T- junction and they were almost invisible, while as the default ones on the road are very bright and visible. Also like the centre white lines are too thin. It's good you included these though I have used other packs for UK Roads and they haven't included the markings, might just be worth taking a look and trying to amend some of the decals, particularly the double yellow line one to make them blend in more with the ones that are generated with the roads.

Macwelshman  [author] 2 Jan, 2019 @ 4:41pm
@Snipps Do you mean Zebra Crossings and the Bus Stop Box?
Snipps 2 Jan, 2019 @ 4:19pm
Is it possible to get crosswalk and bus decals?
