"The only mods it’s not compatible with are other mods that add dynamic province names."
Basically because both mods use same files for province naming, for example: mod_directory\common\province_names\british.txt
Of course the game will use only one of those.
english.txt and british.txt in that mod have few province names for non-colonial provinces, just like vanilla game files.
It is possible to fix that though: merging these mods. But I'm not ready to do that soon.
The only other mod I'm running is New World Renaming
