(PS. first time I played Civilization I always tried to trun the view, but after a couple of ours I read that it's not possible)
- A compass so we can know which way is up
- Camera movement with hold scroll wheel + mouse movement instead of keys (like in Tropico 4)
No, with the limited access we're given to the graphics engine, there'd be no way to implement anything like this from scratch. There's a very simple call that just wasn't being used.
To be clear, I'm not alpaca. I just liked the mod and took it on myself to keep it updated.
you had to implement this feature from scratch ? or the mechanic is in the game but locked?
in any case its pretty neat, even with the map borders issue. =)
