Could you make a submod which only remove the upkeep of the buildings in FotE ? I have 150 000 gold spent on upkeep in my WRE campaign, i barely make a 900 gold a turn, despite having a massive empire, provinces developped wisely etc... I will be very grateful. Nice mod by the way :)
