It takes weeks, even months to draw a 3D building. I don't usually request like this because it is like asking a girl to carry 2 full pales of water to the top of a mountain (Mulan reference). But your request for the creator was just.

Yo Mate, I really love your Commercial stuff so I just wanted to make a request to you. Could you make a large mall like one in Delhi which goes by the name- Select City Walk? It's large and beautiful. Your response will be welcomed. Keep up your good work! :D

@borg2003 : it is about the illumination mask and the diffuse texture. You have to put values from 0 to 120 in the illumination mask to preserve the original colors of the diffuse texture…
The specular mask also has an impact on the final rendering.
I recommend you read the guide Texturing & Asset Creation 101
