All of these names are actually quite creative and pay tribute to what they are inspired by.
The "War Changer" and "Old Spy" miscs are a combo of items inspired by Old Snake from MGS4, with "Old Spy" getting it's name from "Old Snake", and "War Changer" as in his quote "War changed.".
Thunderbullet is in reference of Volgin's ability to do lighting stuff in MGS3.
Burger Boy is also in reference of Kazuhira Miller's obsession with his burgers in MGSV:TPP.
