Love this mod! Congrats on the baby!

if the code is out there. Nothing stopping someone else from uploading an updated version until this one gets updated?

Taking a deeper look, the error (using the harmony for apple silicon, not sure if that changes things) the reason it doesn't work now appears to be related to Patch_GenThing_ItemCenterAt.cs of this mod not meshing with 1.6's Assembly-CSharp.dll. The error I get says initializer for 'LWM.DeepStorage.ModInit' isn't working, because of transpiler problem due to the 1.6 changes/genthingitematcenter.

Not sure if that helps/ if anyone would know how to do a continuation based on that! But I'm pretty sure that's where it's broken. It's the only error I get with this mod.

LOVE this mod - thanks for your hard work on it. Ignore the haters. It sounds like you're a new Dad. As a pedi nurse I give you permission to stay away from here and just have fun with LWM Jr. :)
[CoFR] Codo 8 hours ago
Oh no. I love this mod. Buuuut, as a father, I get that you have much more important priorities in life. Have fun with the baby (and the terrible nights sleeping).

i agree people just need to wait commenting 1.6 wont make it any faster
Ghostwish 12 hours ago
This is why mod authors should have the ability to ban select people from commenting on their work.
Starkwood 14 hours ago
1.6 :(

:) Congrats on the baby!

This mod is awesome, so even if it takes time, I'd be so excited to see it updated to 1.6

Thank you for the past work! Dont let the haters hate!

must have mod nice work brotha
Onyx 11 Jul @ 5:18pm
@Speve Berry and it is also 100% reasonable for a mod author simply wait for the unstable beta to become stable (i.e., release) before updating, even if LWM wasn't busy with her own life.
VitaKaninen 11 Jul @ 3:57pm
You act like you hired the mod author, and they owe you something. They do not have to update their mod at all, or keep to any schedule whatsoever.
Speve Berry 11 Jul @ 3:55pm
@ghostwish yeah but it was announced a month ago and 1.6 beta was made available for modders to update their mods prior to release
Ghostwish 11 Jul @ 3:29pm
1.6 came out TODAY. CHILL.
jesiiiiii126 11 Jul @ 2:54pm
1.6 ?
The 11 Jul @ 8:32am
Congrats on the baby! As reasons for not updating go, that's an important one.
Starkwood 11 Jul @ 8:09am
1.6? cant play without pls
Hades the King 6 Jul @ 3:48am
Im probably late to this but congrats on the baby.
RAD EMERALD 6 Jul @ 3:30am
PLS UPDATE 1.6!
Porcyon 5 Jul @ 8:36am
Seems to work okay on 1.6, but you can't change the mod settings or look at the shelf contents
Ghostwish 5 Jul @ 7:24am
@Qwettre Any mod that messes with pathing with have to be setup for the new shelves, because those mods are not set to work with this mod and effectively "can't see" the custom shelves. I used some path avoid mod I can't remember the name of and have to flag every custom shelf to be avoided.
QWETTRE 5 Jul @ 12:32am
I'm encountering an issue. In the vanilla game, pawn pathfinding actively avoids shelves, but due to some mod (I don't know which one), my pawns no longer avoid shelves during pathfinding. Even when there's a completely clear path right next to them, they still path through the shelves, ignoring the slowdown. Adding the storage buildings from this mod causes significant slowdown, forcing me to carefully plan my base layout to avoid efficiency losses. Has anyone else encountered this situation? I really hope someone can solve this problem.
Onyx 4 Jul @ 1:58pm
I haven't looked into anything in 1.6 myself but unless Ludeon changed something in how storage containers work in the base game, this will likely continue working as it has in the past through major updates.
Porcyon 4 Jul @ 12:46pm
I haven't tried on 1.6 but it's been just over year since the last update... digging back through the comments, it looks like LWM had a kid around that time! So I'm assuming any updated will be slow in coming and probably after official launch. Maybe someone can make a fork, I miss meat hooks and skips lol
Psycho Dad 4 Jul @ 8:31am
is this mod broken? will it become obsolete when new DLC comes out?
Porcyon 2 Jul @ 6:24pm
Hello, any thoughts on a 1.6 update?
[C|⦿] Typical Lama [✚] 19 Jun @ 11:39am
@VitaKaninen Damn it, in the meantime from me writing that post and coming back to do a small errata that I wanted a on/off toggle in options for it, I've created a local copy of LWM and edited out the quality levels out of the mod XD But I gave your patch a thumbsup and subscribed.
VitaKaninen 19 Jun @ 8:52am
I wrote a small patch to fix that, if you want to use it in the mean time before the mod is updated. No Building Quality for LWM's Deep Storage
[C|⦿] Typical Lama [✚] 19 Jun @ 7:38am
Can we disable quality tiers on storage buildings? The only thing they do is increase my fucking colony wealth needlesly because my people keep building masterwork or legendary clothing racks.
AzoorFox 15 Jun @ 3:04pm
UPDATE WHEN????????????????
Uuugggg 13 Jun @ 3:01pm
What method is that @Ave Imperator
Dr. Buer 7 Jun @ 10:42am
@VitaKaninen @Ignis

Not the mod author, but a modder. ReplaceStuff and LWM patch the same method differently, LWM is expecting information that its not being provided as ReplaceStuff is triggering it.
kuuran 7 Jun @ 9:42am
i found an imcompatibility with save our ship 2. when this mod is enabled, only a few starting ship can be loaded (corvette, small trade ship, experimental frigate and ironclad frigate). any other ship will cause a game crash when starting a new game
Mushy 30 May @ 12:47pm
Oooh just found this mod and it works like a charm, so neat and tidy thx >.<
Also congrats on getting a even litteler white mouse >O<
LZIM 24 May @ 4:38pm
same, going to just deal with the loss and find other mods for those missing items.
Geno Cidal 16 May @ 12:03pm
I'm having issues with things that are just gone now, deep storage freezer in one of em, i have the ones i still built but cannot reproduce, I know something happened with vanilla furniture mod that i use where things disappeared ,but found out it was intentional, so this one has me stumped cause I haven't added in any new mods, i only have 6 items in storage, so I am missing a bit,lol
VitaKaninen 12 May @ 7:22pm
Replace stuff is for things like walls. Things like shelves are not supposed to "replaced". Just deconstruct it and build a new one.
ignis 12 May @ 2:23pm
Looks like there is a minor issue with Replace Stuff. It spams "Null map for XXX" on any replacement.
Gender Bender 12 May @ 1:02pm
@Inerael I switch to adaptive storage framework
Onyx 12 May @ 9:48am
@Inerael This mod is quite stable and in working order. If you are experiencing difficulty using Deep Storage, the problem likely lies in your mod list rather than Deep Storage itself.
Inerael 12 May @ 9:20am
is it mod still working or not pls ? If not does someone know an alternative ? :'(
VitaKaninen 10 May @ 6:33pm
Yes, just make sure you destroy all the buildings that are from this mod before you remove it.
Kwaan 10 May @ 6:21pm
Can this mod be removed from the game?
Ghostwish 9 May @ 1:36pm
Finally finding that one freaking mod that's breaking everything is just so satisfying, innit? :pickax:
