Something more recent then viking age nation(1066) a nation that u can release in Scandinavia and it has its own empire, it follows norse religion, gets a boost on military tech, can raid, boost on the navy but nerfs on the other techs and diplomacy

Hm what u mean out off the scope francia(frankish empire) fell in 800 and some of the names u got in this fell way earlier, chartage makes sense but Francia(because they aren't Frank's anymore) could be possible, some frankish traditions were kept by French monarchy and Francia would be way cooler then Angevin empire because it's a more French thing than english

Celtic Union, Belgium, and Iberia sound great. Carthage and the franks are a bit out of the scope of the game, but bad ideas. I probably won't do them just because it would seem off IMO. A southern slavic nation actually already exists in the mod, illyria! Perhaps a northern slavic nation would work out good too.

Nah you aren't annoying. Austria-Hungary I feel isn't particularly necessary as a nation because a personal union fits the bill just fine, but Belgium I can do! Perhaps in a few days when I get free time.

Lombardy has been added. Gives you claims on all of Italy from Emilia-Romagna and up. Has option to stay or leave the HRE.

Pavia is a stone's throw away from Milan. They actually occupy the same province in Eu4.

It gives you a small colonial boost for about 30 years as well. Hopefully it has a good flag and name!

Finished. It's a fictional nation based on a real life sort of political entity. Can be formed by owning a province in Snake River, Columbia River and the Interior Plateau. Gives you cores on a few surrounding areas.

Yeah, new cores and claims are set up. You get claims on Galicia, Leon, Asturias, and most of Lower Andalucia. Forming now requires the cores Lugo, Leon, Caceres, Cadiz, Porto, and Lisboa. Thank you very much again for the suggestions! I will think about changing the flag as well, but it would be something custom made.

As a side note, players can still choose to form Spain as Portugal, but I believe the AI will never choose to do so, based on the info i read in the original decision itself.

I've added it in. Not sure if it has any outstanding bugs, and the flag might need to be changed to be more "accurate". Tell me if you need anything!

Sorry if my English is bad but in vanilla game Portugal can form Spain but the Portuguese never considered themselves like the castillians or leonese, so my idea was a formable nation only for Portuguese cultured countries called Lusitânia
