- Archotech Tech Tier and Archotech Duper do not require Anomaly expansion anymore.
- Archotech Duper now require new item for construction - Archotech Shard.
- Archotech Shard can be crafted at Hisa Fabricator.
- If you have Anomaly expansion you can transform normal Shards to Archotech Shards at Hisa Fabricator.
<recipeUsers> should be HisaFabricator [, not Hisa_fabricator

Both new hydroponics (without energy crystals) still produce electricity for free. I think they should require electricity, not provide it.
